North Eastern Simmental Club Awards 2008
• Clonguish Herd was awarded the “North Eastern Show Herd of the Year” for the second year.

National Simmental Championships 2008
• Brogeen Victoria won National Junior Simmental Champion Heifer 2008 and Reserve Female
Champion at Limerick Show.
• Clonguish Violet came 3rd in the National Yearling Heifer Class at the Ploughing Championships
2008 and was sold for a top price of €5800 at the Premier Sale last November.

All-Ireland Irish Aberdeen-Angus Championships 2008
• Tonroe Carly won the Two Year Old Heifer Class at Tinahely Show.

Beef Expo Ireland 2008
• Brogeen Victoria won her class, Junior Heifer born on or between 1/1/07 - 31/8/07.
• Tonroe Carly won her class, Angus Cow or Heifer born on or between 1/1/04 - 31/8/06.
